Went to yoga last night crunching out the yoga poses. I'm surprising myself in this heat of 105 degrees for 90 minutes. If you ever have a injury make sure you have the least down time possible. Your body muscles shrinks way down in two weeks. All those years of exercising, dancing, whatever and IF injured .....gone in 2 weeks. It sucks. My bikram is restoring muscles I lost 25 years ago. Go Zoe Go Bikram. One of these day my standing bow will be a champion pose in class. woo hooooo!
