Grounding is Earthing

Ancient wisdom of Grounding, also know as Earthing.

The Earth is a six trillion ton metric battery, constantly being replenished by lightning and solar radiation. All water, animals and humans – everything in and around us - is in electrical communication with this Earth energy.

When we get Grounded, when we get Earthed, we connect with the Earth's magnetic field to stimulate regeneration.
