Did not get the video .... Madonna likes to have fun with Ellen -makes ZOE ZANE happy

Zoe Zane is obnoxiously positive in 2015.  I'm happy I have the eyes and mind to see the good great in these two older women.  I have felt deeply alone but not anymore.  Thank you for supporting my different-ness.  The One and Only Zoe Zane on the Net 1995.

My Father was a bully, the ex-LDS Mormon Bishop husband was a bully.  Dad and Mom raised me to cow down as a small child.  I did everything I could to survie and be happy with myself.

They've got style... in bathrobes! Ellen DeGeneres brought back her Bathroom Concert Series for none other than pop superstar Madonna on Friday, Mar. 20.

For the occasion, the Material Girl performed her smash 1985 single, "Dress You Up," from her second studio album, Like a Virgin.

The ladies, seated in a bathroom in fluffy white robes, held their microphones and expertly belted out the lyrics from the song. At one point, Madonna stroked DeGeneres' arm and she stood up. This was Madonna's first time performing the song in many years, marking the grand finale of DeGeneres' ongoing "Madonna Week" on her show.

Meditating changes our cells

Exciting news! A study suggests meditation can change our cells. Telomeres which are protective proteins at the ends of chromosomes replicate and subsequently shorten and cause the cell to deteriorate and die. People who practice yoga and other mindful meditation over a 3 month period showed their telomeres to be preserved. Amazing implications!
